Right now, 86% of women enter menopause completely unprepared.
They're googling symptoms at 3am.
They're taking an average of three years to get a proper diagnosis.
Three years of joint pain, migraines, heart palpitations.
Three years of doctors running tests and not joining the dots.
Meanwhile, they are doing their best, quietly wondering if they're losing their mind.
A lot of women just get on with it. For years. Because what choice do they have?
But here's what's changing.
The world is finally catching up to what you probably already sense: menopause support isn't a nice-to-have anymore. It's a retention issue, a productivity issue, a basic duty-of-care issue.
Over 1,920 graduates in 36 countries have already decided they're going to be part of the solution.
18 weeks from now, you could be one of them.
You didn't stumble across this by accident.
Something brought you here.
Maybe you've watched someone brilliant slowly disappear from your team. Maybe you've been that person.
Maybe you just keep thinking this isn't good enough and nobody seems to be doing much about it.
And that's a pretty good place to start, actually.
But wanting to help and knowing how to help are two very different things.
Good intentions don't hold up when a client is convinced she's losing her mind.
They don't get you into the boardroom.
They don't build a practice people trust with the really hard stuff.
For that, you need a proper framework. And a credential people actually respect.
Forget the courses where you watch videos in your pyjamas and download a certificate at the end. This is live. It's rigorous. You'll coach real people before you graduate.
CPD-certified and Women of a Certain Stage. By employers, by organisations, by the people you'll want to work with.
The 7-week coaching system has been tested across 6,750+ clients. It works because it came from real sessions, not a textbook.
Scripts, handouts, and real practice. You can start charging the week you graduate. Properly.
British Menopause Society accredited doctors, clinical specialists. You're getting a lot of different perspectives from people who really know their stuff.
Fridays, 2 to 4PM UK and 9 to 11AM EST, for 18 weeks. Each module builds on the last. By the end, you won't be hoping you're ready. You'll know.
Most coaches know the headlines. You'll hear what's actually happening. The why behind the symptoms, the stuff that helps you coach with real clarity rather than educated guesswork. Clients trust people who genuinely understand this.
Master the industry-leading framework that moves clients from awareness to action. You won't just support people through difficulty. You'll discoverthe questions to ask to support them to build their peroanl menopause plan.
This is where you learn to use the frameworkbe coached live, coach live and be open to peer feedback. By the time you graduate, this isn't new territory. It's familiar ground.
Menopause can mess with identity, sleep, confidence, mood. Not just the physical stuff. This module covers EFT, mindfulness, and confidence and more. The things that help you sit with someone who's really struggling and havea kit bag of tools to choose from to suport them.
Every client is different. Every menopause is different. At some point you have to put down the script and trust yourself. This is the module where that starts to happen. Where the framework becomes yours, and you start to sound like you rather than a training manual.
Brilliant coaching skills and a thriving practice aren't the same thing. This covers the part most training programmes skip. Discover a client attraction system that supports how you can find clients who are right for you, begin deciding what you can charge. Works whether you're going independent or shifting things from inside an organisation. We deliver the system, you deploy.
You don't just finish. You finish with a plan. What to do in the first 90 days, how to get your first clients, how to set yourself up to coach ethically and safely. No "good luck out there" energy. An actual roadmap.
We keep cohorts small because who you learn alongside matters.
Here's who fits well:
The ones who want to be genuinely useful, not just the person who emails a policy and calls it done.
Who want to go deeper into a niche that's genuinely growing and where qualified people are still pretty thin on the ground.
Who've watched talented women slowly disappear from their teams, stepping back, going part time, leaving altogether, and want to actually do something before it happens again.
Who've been through it themselves and think: if I'd had proper support back then, everything might have looked quite different. And now want to be that support for someone else.
Not sure if that's you? Book a quick call.
You won't get any sales pressure. It's just a conversation to see if you are a fit.
Lauren left a senior role in financial services thinking she had early-onset dementia.
It was menopause.
Nobody around her, not her GP, not her employer, not the colleagues who watched her struggle, had any idea.
That experience didn't just change her life. It became the reason Women of a Certain Stage exists. She threw herself into retraining. Psychology, nutrition, coaching. Whatever it took to actually understand what had happened to her and how to help other women going through the same thing.
Since then she's given evidence to the UK Parliament and US DEI committees, sat on the British Standards Institute committee that wrote the menopause workplace standard, received the Freedom of the City of London for services to women's health, and built partnerships with 450+ employers including KPMG, Deutsche Bank, Nike, and Amazon. 350,000+ people have been through her free programmes.
She built this because she needed it to exist.
Most programmes wave you off at graduation and wish you luck. Which is fine, until you're sitting with your first real client and realise the support structure you'd got used to just isn't there anymore.
So there's 12 months of continued support built in after you finish.
Quarterly masterclasses with global experts. Live alumni practice labs where you keep coaching in a supported environment. And a private network of 650+ certified coaches sharing real referrals, real partnerships, and real opportunities.
You'll have no ongoing fees.
No renewal costs, no licensing restrictions, no strings.
Once you certify, everything is yours.
The scripts, the frameworks, the assets.
Keep them and use them however you like, for as long as you like.
There's no final exam, if that's what you're worried about. You'll do weekly reflections, open-book module quizzes, practice client sessions, and a live skills observation. It's all designed so you finish actually confident, not just relieved you passed.
While this is a rigorous programme and we do require live attendance in a minimum of 12 of the 18 sessions - you don't have to make 100% of the calls. All sessions are recorded, so if life gets in the way on a Friday you can catch up whenever works. It's not a problem.
No coaching or medical background needed. Plenty of our graduates came in with neither. If you're willing to learn and actually do the work, you're in the right place.
Private practices, workplace training, consultancy, speaking, adding a specialism to an existing role. It varies a lot, which is sort of the point. The qualification is a foundation. What you build on it is up to you.
Places are limited and they do fill. Not because of artificial scarcity, but because cohort quality matters and we keep them small enough for everyone to get proper attention.
If you're ready, apply now. If you've got questions first, book a call. Either way, don't sit on it.
The women who need this support aren't waiting.
